Education Birds

All of the birds that are used in our education programs are birds that have been in rehabilitation and, for one reason or another, are unable to survive if they were to be released back in the wild. When possible, under these circumstances, we care for and use these birds in our education programs so that participants can learn to appreciate their beauty and their place in nature.

All of the education birds have required federal permits to remain in our custody. It is unlawful to harbor these birds without a permit.
